Noah Goldman, President/CEO/Director
As the founder of the International Sumo League, Mr. Goldman has led this organization for nearly a decade. His vast experience in sports, entertainment, and media, along with his extensive background in other fields, is a tremendous asset to the organization as he leads the International Sumo League into its next growth phase. He has over 30 years of combined experience in:
- Professional Sports Marketing and Development
- Entertainment
- Film Production
- Finance
- International and Domestic Broadcast Development Strategy
- PR Management
During a 40-year career, he has managed world class athletes and entertainers, created major live events with successful world tours and produced various Street Festivals, Movies and Plays. Among Mr. Goldman's achievements in live television programming are the Drama Desk Theater Awards, which aired on PBS and the World Sumo Challenge, seen on ESPN and ESPN2. He has created and developed original sporting events such as the World Sumo Challenge, held at major U.S. Venues such as Madison Square Garden and the Invacare World Team Cup Tennis Championship at the USTA National Tennis Center in Flushing, New York.
Toper Taylor,
Chief Strategy Officer
Toper Taylor has joined ISL as the Chief Strategic Officer. Toper is a pioneer in the family entertainment and the branded consumer product industry. He was President of Nelvana Ltd. (now a division of Corus Entertainment), Cookie Jar Entertainment (now integrated to WildBrain Entertainment), and Network of One (now called Spotter). He’s produced over 15,000 episodes of television and won multiple Emmy Awards. He developed, launched, and managed properties like Beyblade in media and consumer products and through his acquisition of Copyright Promotions Licensing Group, he licensed Lucasfilm, Marvel, Fox, Universal, and DreamWorks. Toper is an expert in scaling companies, mergers and acquisitions, brand marketing and licensing, as well as strategic planning. Toper has a Doctorate, MHA, and BA from the University of Southern California where he also serves as the chairman of the Roski School of Art and Design and is very active with USC Athletics.
Bernie Dillon,
Chief Operating Officer
Bernie Dillon has joined the company’s management team as the Chief Operating Officer. Bernie is a 30-year live entertainment and combat sports professional working with many iconic brands including Hard Rock, HBO, UFC, WWE, Showtime, MGM, Trump, and Caesars. He was the original COO for the UFC and has produced events at major international venues like Madison Square Garden, MGM Grand, Caesars Palace, Royal Albert Hall, Hard Rock Live, and Boardwalk Hall, with acclaimed artists and athletes including the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, Mike Tyson, Tito Ortiz, and Oscar De LaHoya.
Cameron Sun,
Chief Financial Officer
Cameron Sun joined ISL as the Chief Financial Officer. As a partner of the Chalfant Group, Cameron is an expert in working with early-stage growth companies establishing financial forecasting, reporting, cash management, strategic planning, and e-commerce. Cameron has a broad background in restaurants, retailers, apparel, and technology companies. He launched retailer AllSaints in the U.S. as their CFO and mostly recently was CFO of NowLive, a streaming service specializing in live events, which sold to Live Media Holding, and Talespin Reality Labs which recently sold to Cornerstone OnDemand. He earned his MBA from Pepperdine and his BA from USC.
Rich Rose,
Head of Gaming and Communications
Rich Rose has joined ISL as the new Head of Gaming and Communications. He was the President and COO of Caesars World Sports for 10 years and was responsible for all sports and special events, including creating and promoting the first-ever outdoor hockey game in the NHL. Leaving Caesars, he formed his own consultancy, where he worked with, among others, HBO, Madison Square Garden, WWE, Arena Football League and was the first consultant and adviser for the original XFL. Rich brings a wealth of experience in the sports, entertainment and gaming industries. His expertise will contribute to the ISL in numerous areas, including strategic planning, contracts and negotiation, gaming and sports wagering, site acquisition, marketing, public relations and publicity, revenue generation and development, operations, and media.
